Practice Schedule

Generally, the team practices six days a week. Unless posted otherwise on the calendar, the following practice schedules will be applied:

DRYLANDS WILL BE ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 6:00-6:30 STARTING IN OCTOBER DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED

WEIGHTS WILL BE ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 6:30-7:00P.M. FOR 13YRS AND OLDER DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED.

        MONDAY - WEDNESDAY.  4:20 - 5:50

        TUESDAY- THURSDAY 4:20-6:20

        FRIDAY- 5:30-7:30

        SATURDAY 7AM- 9AM

       

 

 

Practice for 13 & Over Only: 5:00 - 6:30 AM

Swimmers choose their own practice schedules. The youngest swimmers usually swim 2-3 days per week. Swimmers who are eleven or older (or younger swimmers who wish to) may swim up to six days. The older swimmers also spend some time doing dry-land exercises.
